Juliana Harris

Juliana Harris joined the firm in 2023 as a law clerk and in 2024 she joined us as an associate after passing the Ohio bar. She focuses on commercial real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, representing both businesses and individuals. Juliana enjoys assisting clients with the formation and organization of their businesses.

Juliana graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida with a degree in Political Science. She decided to continue her education at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law to receive her juris doctorate. While in law school, she discovered her fondness for transactional law and assisting companies in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic.
